-Products less than 2kg will be shipped via K-packet.
-Products over 2kg will be shipped via EMS standard.
In the case of using K-packet :
· Delivery time of K-packet is 6-30 business days from date shipped, but may take longer
· P.O box or post box delivery(No direct handover delivery)
· Post offices will not be held responsible for lost packages
In the case of using EMS :
· Delivery time of EMS standard is 3-15 business days from date shipped, buy may take longer
· Direct handover delivery
· Post offices will be held accountable for lost packages
-International shipping fee will be calculated based on destination and the ordered items’ weight (including box weight)
-When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail.
-FRIDONY is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays and is not responsible for any custom duties or taxes. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
-Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.
EXCHANGE & RETURN
-All exchanges and refunds must be received via email(email@example.com) within 7 days from which shipment is received.
-Sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note the only the cost of the original item is refundable.
-All returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, so that FRIDONY can determine the credibility of the defect or damage. It must also be in the original packaging.
-We only exchange or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
-To return your product for exchange prior approval is needed. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.

-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.(Except for the case of FRIDONY’s fault)
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
-Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
-If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
-We are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
-Payments will be refunded back on to your paypal account with 24hours. If you made a payment by credit or debit card, it may take up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your card statement depending on your card issuer.
